The structure of this design is the same as conventional flash memory. However, it is created using organic elements. This allows to make memory cheaper. In addition, organic flash memory flexible - cool huh!

While the Japanese have invented a new type of memory, the South Korean companies are improving conventional flash memory. For example, Samsung recently announced another cool flash memory module.
